How to order smileynn used items  ? 

Let me know the design u would like to buy, if item is sold i can let you know and re pick another pair of panties  . After confirmation of items , u can proceed to make payment and after wearing, i will mail it out immediately . 

How does the purchasing goes ? How to Buy ?

Orders will only be shipped after payment is made . Payment will be done via paylah paynow

How Fast can i get my smileynn used items ? 

Items will be shipped out the quickly after payment is made . if wearing it , it will be packed discreeetly and sealed for freshness scent for  mailing ^^

How long does the shipping method takes ?

2 average days for poly m mail , smartpac takes 2 average days and speedpost takes 1 day (for orders above $149 ) 

What are the shipping method  you use ?

Singpost poly m mail , smartpac , speedpost .

How do know that you have mailed my item ?

Mailproof will be provided to ALL of my customers . It been the same way since 2020.

Do you sent by bluport or popstation ?

No as bluport cease on 2021 , and popstation is now for shoppee and lazada merchant usage .

Is the smileynn vip supreme set ,signature set inclusive of mailing ,what mailing provider do u use for this exclusive set ? 

Yes BB , no further charges required .It will mailed by registered speedy speedpost mail that takes Only A day to reach you ! (your letterbox) ^^

if you order bulky items that could not fit your letterbox it will then be mailed to your doorsteps  : ) 

Does panties comes with a photo of you in it ?

For ala carte order , it does not come with a photo unless u add on $10-15 for it . for the VIP supreme set (yes )  and smileynn signature set  yes , many goodies . 

Is there a refund  , if i wish to cancel my order ? example: i have to fly overseas for meetings .

Unfortunately no after item is confirmed i will be wearing and  mailing it to the address u gave .

if u wish to disown your items , there will be no refund given . then labelled as donation or gift .

Do you take international order  ? No . Singapore orders only 

Is there a choice of meet up or live removal? Not applicable for it for safety & discreetion
